What's the difference between the NM200 and NM205?

  • The NM200 has a 2:1 pulley ratio and the NM205 a 4:1 ratio. With the selector pin set at 100 lb, the resistance on the cable is 50 lb on the NM200 and 25 lb on the NM205.
  • The 4:1 ratio and the 14.6 ft cable of the NM205 allow explosive movements, in addition to movements at a regular cadence, with no kickback from the weight stack.
  • Both have 54″ (137 cm) between the pulleys. Specifications are on the NM200 and NM205 product pages.

What's the difference between the RS and C racks?

Both use 3″ x 3″ (7.6 cm x 7.6 cm) 11-gauge steel uprights with laser-cut holes every 2″ (5 cm) on all four sides. The RS racks (RS611 half rack, RS613 power rack) are made entirely of tubing with holes on all four sides, stand on adjustable feet that let you level each rack on any floor, and come with 8 weight storage horns. On the C racks (C511 half rack, C513 power rack), only the uprights have holes on all four sides. The C racks are mounted on the Atlantis Safety Base, which extends beyond the cage for exceptional stability, and come standard with 10 (C511) or 16 (C513) weight storage horns and 2 Olympic bar holders.

What are the options for Atlantis multi-stations?

You build your multi-station from towers of up to four stations each, and can combine as many towers as you like. Each station is chosen from the options on the multi-station order form: adjustable pulley, lat pulldown, low row and more. A chin-up beam can also be added. Submit the completed form with your order.
