What's the difference between the NM200 and NM205?
  • The NM-200 has a 2:1 pulley ratio, the NM205 has a 4:1 ratio.
  • The 4:1 ratio allows the user to perform explosive movements (in addition to movements at a regular cadence) because there is no kickback from the weight stack. The cables also extend up to 14 ft.
  • The NM200 has a 235 lb weight stack, with an actual resistance of 117.5 lb. The NM205 has a 400 lb weight stack, with an actual resistance of 100 lb.
What's the difference between the Power Racks (RS version vs C version)?

The RS Racks are made with tubes that have holes on all 4 sides. The C Version Racks only use posts with holes on 4 sides for the vertical beams. The C Version racks are all built on a base, have bent tubing for weight storage, and include 2 olympic bar holders.
