Narrow, neutral and wide grips are built into the handle, letting the user shift emphasis across the back without changing machines.

Ten adjustment points at the seat base position the chest against the pad with precision, keeping the pull aligned regardless of the user's height.

Three foot positions establish a stable base at different heights and stances, anchoring the lower body so the pull stays isolated to the back.

Loading horns For added loading capacityThe t-bar row machine is a plate-loaded rowing station that builds upper body pulling strength in commercial gyms and fitness facilities. Its universal bearing assembly keeps the movement smooth from close to wide grips, so the lats, mid-back and arms work through a full range of motion using standard free-weight plates.
10 height adjustment positions at the seat base and 3 foot placement options set the chest support, elbows and torso angle for each lifter, so shorter and taller members keep the same strong position on one station.
4 standard weight storage horns, up from 2 on the previous generation, and 2 loading horns keep heavy plates at the machine instead of on a separate weight tree, which frees floor space in the free weight area.
Atlantis Strength builds this rowing machine as commercial gym equipment for daily use, so the movement path stays consistent under heavy load.
